Building a Business You Believe in with Ashley Stone

When you have a vision, you can't sleep until you bring it to life. When you decide to start a business, it becomes your life, which leads to more visions, and a lot less sleep. One of the most important pieces of advice I could give to any entrepreneur would be to remember your company's mission, values, and ethics, or if those aren't set in stone yet base it on your personal values and ethics, even if it comes at the cost of profitability or more work. Thats exactly what Ashley Stone has done with Beauty Entourage, while using the software she created to give freelance artists the work they desire, yet the freedom to go out on their own, while paying them above market rate and sharing profits with them.

Ashley talks about how she grew her business from the ground up, and her life before becoming an entrepreneur.
